I'm Chabelli Stoekenbroek, owner & designer of 2 THE MOON 'N BACK. All the jewelry is handmade with love and passion. Two years ago I started my company. My dream came true. 2 THE MOON 'N BACK is about loving yourself and your friend to the moon and back. Treat yourself with jewelry and feel special! All the jewelry is made of stainless steel and nickel free, so everybody can wear it. Because of this material the color doesn't change. This is very important for us.
We deliver always our jewelry with pretty packages and postcards, so your customers have the perfect gift for somebody or for themself. It is also possible to order display material with our brandname, so you have a complete jewelry spot in your shop. For the display materials we ask €7,95 per piece. If you order above €800, you'll get the displays for free.
WARRANTY
All the jewelry is handmade with love and passion. Every items is unique and different. It is possible that the jewelry may differ from the photos on the website. The materials we work with are carefully selected. We used stainless steel and nickel free material, so everybody can wear our jewelry, even when you have an allergic. Also, the color of the jewelry don't change. If you have a sensitive skin, then watch out with perfume, water and cream. The jewelry can oxidize, like real gold and silver.
When we send your order, we check our jewelry well. It is always possible that something going wrong. So it's very important what our guarantee is. If the problem shows that it is a mistake of 2 THE MOON 'N BACK, we'll help and take care of everything.
The following problems are not covered under our warranty:
- Wear and tear
- Damage because of water, perfume and cream
- Lost and theft
If the problem shows that is our problem, we will always give a new items.

SHIPPING
This is an indication. We have no influence on postal services. All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands.

We have no shipping costs! We send the package with registered post.
If there are duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

We offer different payment options. You can use iDeal, Credit Card or an invoice.
iDeal
Fast, easy and save. You can pay directly with your own bank account.
Credit Card
You can pay worldwide easy and save. If you are not from The Netherlands we advise to choose credit card or an invoice.
Invoice
If your are not from The Netherlands, we advice to choose to pay with credit card or an invoice. You don't have to pay VAT. You have to fill in you VAT number and the webshop will autmatically regonise that your are from outside The Netherlands. The VAT will be 0%.
Refund
Do you have a refund? We can send you a new one or make a credit. The repayment of your order will happen automatically and we'll transfer the money back to your bankaccount or credit card, depending on which method was chosen to pay the original order. It will might take up to 10 business days, depending on you bank and country.
